Advisor of SBI Life Insurance Company telling a lie that he is a employee of the SBI Life Insurance Company Ltd. and also telling lie regarding the features, facilities and return of the policy. I have taken a policy of Shiv Nivesh Plan. The cheque of above mention policy has been cleared from my a/c on 8.9.10 but still today I have not recieved my policy bond. sir one of your staff dealing in sbi life bancassurance in delhi region has very bad conduct dont know his name but guy from indore and also mislead the customer, he put my chqs amt rs 50000 for smart ulip but not recv any policy no or papers.i met him in state bank of indore zonal office in karol bagh.my question is should i take help of police as foggery case against company n employee,
