Dear sir, I regret to inform that i am a CIF having no[protected] and qualified MDRT in the year 2009. I have been told about LIFE PLEASURE POINTS by the authorities of SBILIFE. For this they had given me ID & Password. My ID was 00_[protected]_CIF. This i could get vide your letter. I tried to login in your site sbilifepleasures.com and tried to book my life pleasure points but could not succeed. At last I handed over the letter to the local sbilife representative Mr Ankit Agrawal (BDM) to look in to the matter. He assured me that he will certainly rectify the problems within a week. But after few months i could know that he has left SBILIFE. Again I have conveyed my problems to his (Mr Ankit Agrawal) successor. Still the matter is pending. Hence I request you to please look into the matter at an earliest.
