[Resolved] SBI Life Insurance — surrender of Policy

My self shiv prasad holding policy of SBI LIFE my policy no is [protected]. I applied for surrender but more then 5 times refused to accept surrender form reason given by them is signature mismatch.I submitted verified signature from my bank. My surrender form accepted by the company on 16th sept'2010 till date I have not received money from the company. When i visit to the branch or call at customer care center no satisfactory answer received

I have surrendered my Unit Plus II Pension option 1 Policy No.[protected] on[protected] at 10.45 am.Till time, cash has not been credited to my SBI bank account;it is varified.Told by your Kollam SBIlife branch that the srrender value will reach in my account within 24 hrs of the next working day.Prompt service and a reply tothe position of the above is at immediate weicome.
