[Resolved] SBI Netbanking — They make customers fool | |||
Hi All, I had went to bank on July 24 2010 to apply for Netbanking. Actually i had opted for Netbanking service while opening the account itself. But they said i need the apply separately for this service. For giving the kit they asked me to wait from 11.30am to 1.10pm. Paitently me too waited. Then the person called me and just taken a kit(cover which contains userid and password) and got the sign. I asked when it will be activated. He replied on wednesday(i.e. July 28). But when i tried on that day it says invalid userid or password. Hence i mailed them on Thursday regarding this, but still no reply for my mail. My Questions are: 1. Why cant he give the kit when i given the form.(Did they think customers are fool to waste their precious time) 2. If there is no response to the customer mail what we have to do?
