[Resolved]  SBI Online Banking — Problem related to Mapping

Hello sir,

I activated my online banking account 1 month back. Since then I am having problems. Earlier it was related to my mobile number that was to be approved by branch. For that purpose, I submitted the application but still my mobile number is not set. 15 days back, I went to my branch again for mobile number approval, it was done, but when I logged on my account it was showing a warning - "You don't have any accounts mapped to this username. Contact to your branch."

I am staying in Delhi and my account is in Bikaner branch. I can't go again and again for these small problems. Plz do the needful.

Hello sir,

I have been using mobile banking for more than two years. I have also opened some FDs through mobile banking. In the meantime, due wrong feeding user I D or password my user ID is blocked.

Now I have again got the new User I D and set the new password but the details of FDs are not displaying in this new user ID.

Kindly update my user ID with my accounts so the all the older FDs opened through older User ID will display while the using the new user ID. My A/c No. is [protected].

sir i got your solution, its been 2 months im not able to solve the mapping problem, as you said before i click to manage a/c display. and unhide my accounts. but still showing No Accounts Available. what should have i do
Showing no account is mapped.and don't have option to unhide...how can I solve these issue? I had submit token...but now one month passed.even though didn't clear them...
