Dear sir, I am using SBI internet banking for the past 6 months. I want to suggest regarding online banking security. In addition to the current security measures, if SBI could added grid card for transfering money like ICICI bank, then 110% online banking will be secure. Just to update, I have requested a term deposit on 15th October, the transaction was logged in SBI server for manual transaction. But nothing has happen till today 23rd October. The I raise a ticket on 19th October, the ticket status shows, its in queue but still no reply. I don't know why they have started online account if they can't manage it.

I am Krishan Murari (Customer) from BAREILLY, having a bank account in the branch of SBI in Bareilly College Bareilly facing a problem in loging internet banking account since I have created a account. I have got the Username & Password & sucessfully loged in But after that I have not able to log in again instate of entring a correct password.
Now few days before I have taken a duplicate Password also & able to loge in my account on the particular date only for a successfuly only THREE time only after that it refused me Massage appared Username and Password is not correct enter a valid user name and password.
Please help me to over come from this problem.
