[Resolved]  SBI Railway Card — Unable to redeem points since last 9 months

SBI Railway Card - Not letting me redeem points and have stopped access to my points


i hold a sbi railway card and have been extensively using it since 2010. last year i.e. October 2012 suddenly they blocked my irctc id and i contacted them number of times to know as to how i could reactivate it but no proper response. recently i sent them emails several times at highest level asking them to solve my problem but instead of solving or giving any solution, they are just giving assurance being attended by month end it will be resolved. just to wash away their hands from the whole problem. I have plenty of points maybe more than 8000 accumulated till now but am not able to access those at all. this month's statement also i have made around 500 points but have no access to them. Please help me resolve this issue. SBI being such a reputed organisation seems to be responding in such a way. please help resolve this.

I am able to redeem my loyality points.

You must login with IRCTC Shub Yatra customer care provided login details.

You must login in IRCTC using Shubh yatra provided credentials ONLY.

Next, You have to enable this checkbox- Redeem Loyalty Points. (screen attached)

I booked my tickets by this process.

I am Nijal Surana. I have been using SBI IRCTC Credit Card from past 3 years & have accumulated points. Now I want to redeem those points but while booking there is no option or pop page for redemption. I followed all the steps as per guidance with SBI customer care executive over telephone. But there seems to be no such option. Its pathetic to see such big organisation loot people like this & not solving the problem a loyal customer faces.
