[Resolved]  SBI Shubh Yatra Card — sbi shubh yatra card not received but bill received for payment

I received letter from SBI that, my shubh yatra card no. along with inshurance policy. in said letter mentioned " pay your outstanding amount witing 90 days after receipt of your card", but outstanding statement for card charges received on 6/01/11 and due date was 7/01/11.???
