[Resolved] SBIcard — Fake call saying SBI and misguided me to take from credit card

I am got a call 18/06/2013 from a person speaking on behalf of SBI bank . he told that as per the transanction your eligibility of card limit we are increasing by issuing a new credit card so they collected all the information details of my existing card no,Date of birth,etc and other personal information and they said for that you will get an offer which will be issued through Shiftthought please cooperate for verification call.
When other person saying irrelevent to the subject and saying offer details and asked me pay i have refused suddenly. But again and again called by the the same number saying that some minimum formalties is to be done for which u have to cooperate but this amount you need not topay after issuing of this card with the available reward point we will adjust and make as zero payment and she has given her phone number and post as asst. manager so
At last they got connected to some one told me about the offer and gift voucher which i would be getting free of cost as a part of SBI bank of indiaesteemed customer .i asked again this is free of cost for you because you have good credit history and you are lucky customer,also the they told me that i will get supper saver card it has 25% on every purchases .expect Reliance and big bazar, and after that they ask me credit card details to them after that i came to know that Rs-6399/- is devited from my SBI credit card.
Next day from the same number called and said that yesterday due to server problem recorded voice erased so please cooperate for two minutes like that. then similarly some other call came and diverted another Rs.6999/- from my card. at last i have checked with my online sbicard account there is no card has despatched i got doubt and confirmed with sbi card that they are the fake. So please help to get back my amount which is got diverted from my card please sir.
