[Resolved] scientist — NON COOPERATIVE BEHAVIOUR OF POSTMASTER | |
I am residing at 288 A, ABHAY KHAND- 111, INDIRAPURAM, P.O. SHIPRA SUNCITY GHAZIABAD -201014, ALL OUR PERSONAL MAILS IN MY AND IN THE NAMES OF MY FAMILY MEMBERS, personal letters, greetings, debenture warrants, under certificate of india posting, newsletters, all official mails, including Hall tickets POSTED BY IGNOU, etc...are not being Delivered... SINCE, JULY 2006 TILL DATE 6, FEB 2009 i.e. MORE THAN Two and half YEARS we have not recieved our SINGLE mail. IS OUR MAILS DELIVERED TO SOMEBODY ELSE OR THROWN BY POSTMAN . I have lodged atleast 10-15 complaints to the postmaster in written (by post and in person also) or telephonically, BUT OF NO USE. HE is not co-operative. ON telephonme I was always told "THAT WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ORDINARY DAK" But all ordinary dak? After all journey of the letter from letterbox till house involves all postal service people. IS IT POSSIBLE THAT MORE THAN 100-200 LETTERS GET LOST? IS IDEA OF INDIAN POST A FAKE IDEA OF COMMUNICATION? Recently, a registerd parcel...study material from IGNOU IN THE NAME OF MY DAUGHTER MISS ABHILASHA ARCHI WAS NOT RECIEVED. Also, a REGISTERED LETTER NO RL A 8740 which was posted from sec 19 post office Chandigarh on jan 28, 2009 has not been recieved by us till now It was sent in my name.One or the other person is always available at home. i regret to inform you that my no.[protected]. I have been using this number on account of prepaid card. Many messages & phone calls from Idea care service towards me before few months. So, I had inactivated to receive these calls & messages. Already
I had the problem of balance deduction. Yesterday I had not received any phone or
sms from idea care service, but after all I received one SMS "Your subscription to find a friend has been activated.Thankyou".Then I got my balance deducted of Rs.30/-
out of Rs.42.72. My family has two phones which has the network of idea only. Both
Nos. are [protected] & [protected]. Whenever I am recharging my balancing I face this same problem. If we complaint to the idea care office at Shahibaug (advance plaza)
they dont't give any favourable response and tell us that the balance deudected cannot be returned. So, I am getting mentally depressed, so i want Rs.1000/-. I want the dudected balance amount back w.e.f. 2006. Please treat this matter immediately as much as you can. I would wait for your positive reply.

Idea — non cooperative behaviour of idea care
sir,i started idea tv on my idea phone no [protected] with a monthly subscription of Rs.150. but i am unable to use this service and not getting any link on my mobile. when i asked customer care about this he told me anothe number to call. when i contacted that number no satisfactory response came from there. presently i want to block that service but i am not able to do that because idea care is not cooperative in this matter. they call for various offers but now no body is responding
pse inform the concerned to take care of customers and to solve their problems
