Monkeys' Terror — Monkey's Terror
I am a resident of 1511/2 Wazir Nagar ,Kotla Mubarak Pur , New Delhi 110003,There are group of Monkeys who have created a terror in the Area any time during the day they suddenly get into the resdents houses and create hue and cry . The take aways the goods ,sometime they do byte chiderens around and take eatables good after entering into the house.
We request the respected departments to help the residents by catching these monkeys .

SDS — repair of E 71
Dear Madam / Sir,I hope I am reaching the right people when I send this mail.
I am a first time Nokia user, having recently bought an E 71. I was really impressed with the product styling, the quality of the instrument and the features offered. I always used a Motorola or a Sony earlier. Infact I liked the E 71 over the Black berry and I phone. Needless to say, I was extremely happy with the instrument and would highly recommend it to anyone.
Last week, I had a bit of an accident and dropped the phone. I didn’t know if it could be repaired, so I called the Nokia help line to locate a dealer who would repair it. I was promptly told that physical damage was not covered by the warranty. I said, yes I understand, and I was willing to pay for the repair if it was possible. So they gave me a contact.
I sent the phone to them and they called to tell me that the phone could be repaired and that it would be done the very same day! You can imagine how impressed I was with the service and made a mental note to write to Nokia to say that “not only am I happy with a great phone, but even the service is amazing!!” Then they quoted the price for repair – and I had to really think hard about whether it was worth it as it was Rs. 8500/- So I asked them again if there would be any problems and they said that it was all fixable, and I really love the phone so I agreed to pay the repair cost.
I got a call a few hours later to say that the phone was ready, and also an sms from Nokia service saying that the instrument had been repaired. Again, I was really impressed at the promptness of the delivery. I couldn’t get it collected that day, so the next day – 30th April, I got a call from them at around 12 in the afternoon saying that they were shutting early as they had a Nokia conference or some such thing and that I should urgently send someone within 2 hrs as the next day being May 1st was a holiday and then a long weekend.
I was shocked and appalled about the condition that they had returned the phone back in. It looked twice as worse than what I had sent them. There was no start button, the small piece inside kept falling out, my original Nokia 2 GB memory card was missing, one column of keys didn’t work and the menu button didn’t work most of the time thereby making it impossible for me to unlock the phone. I was really angry and disappointed, mostly with myself that I should be stupid enough to think that just because they said they were an authorized Nokia service center I could trust them.
So I had to wait till the weekend was over, sent the phone back to them – I really had no choice now as I had already paid them Rs. 8500/- They have sent the phone back to me – the small piece which was under the start button as well as the button itself are now missing, the menu button is still erratic, so I have a problem unlocking the phone. When I tried to talk to them over the phone the guy just walked away. So now I basically can’t start or switch off the phone, they refused to give an answer to the missing 2 GB card.
It is really beyond my comprehension as to how “An authorized Nokia service centre” could do this. I am attaching a scanned copy of the receipt of Rs. 8500 /- and some photos to show what condition the phone has been returned to me in – A phone has now cost me almost Rs. 30, 000/-
While I still take full responsibility for the accident, and dropping the phone, I seriously request you to look into this matter and see if this is the kind of service that that you feel befits a company like Nokia.
I still believe in Nokia, and await a favourable response from you with a reasonable solution to this totally unacceptable situation.
