[Resolved]  Seagate — Hard disk Not Responding and Not Detected by Desktops and Laptops

My hard disk of 500GB with serial number 2GE6NJ04 is not being detected by any of the laptops and desktops. I have just bought it from USBIANS, Gaurav Tower in July 2010. It has a 5 years warranty. Pls resolve the problem as soon as possible. Thank you.

Seagate — Not Respond

I have submited my faulty Seagate 80GB HDD to main dealer named Bhavin Sales & Services.
But I still not get response though my HDD in warranty of 5 years.
so please help me and try your best.
Waiting for positive answer...................
Find and contact the seagate service centre. You must get a replacement. Keep the bill and warranty card very secure. I'd also suggest you read the manual, specifications, etc material received with the HDD because you could even get a 1TB HDD as a replacement.
It is for your kind information that the Seagate 160 GB external HDD whose
Sl No : 5RFOD106 & Part No: 9NH2E4-575 has become unserviceable and it is under warranty till 16 Jun 2013. The matter has already been intimated to "Indepth" Ambala Cantt who is the authorized servicing centre of seagate 16 days back. Till date no response from them...

It is requested to intervene on the subject...otherwise this delay will create a bad impression on seagate company and products...
