[Resolved]  Security deposit — Delay in refund of Security Deposit

I had surrendered my landline no. 27225285 and the instruments on 30th June 2009 requesting for refund of my Security Deposit of Rs. 3000/-. It is almost 5 months and I am yet to receive the security deposit amount. I have made so far several calls to your BSNL Office at Tirumulghery, Hyderabad and the response from them is not at all satisfactory. Everytime there is response using a delay technic viz New Software being loaded, The Officer concerned is on leave, Please call the other Phone number for follow up etc. I had spoken to the Officers of the Dept viz Ms. Uma Maheshwari (Phone No.[protected]/Mr.Sanjeeva Reddy (Phone No.[protected]/The Dealing Assistant (unwilling to disclose the name) (Phone No.[protected]/The Jr.Accounts Officer (unwilling to disclose the name)(Phone No.[protected] and would have spent a sizable amount towards follow up. Are your officers are really sincere towards the public concern and less said the better about their attitude.

Despite, I have not given up my hope and this complaint might reach the right person in the dept, who will look into it and arrange for the refund of the security deposit immediately.
