The building owner is not returning the security deposit at the time of vacating. I have been living in the flat since the year 2017 and vacated the flat on November 2020 informing to the owner one month before as per rental agreement. Delay in refund of Security Deposit
I had surrendered my landline no. 27225285 and the instruments on 30th June 2009 requesting for refund of my Security Deposit of Rs. 3000/-. It is almost 5 months and I am yet to receive the security deposit amount.
