The building owner is not returning the security deposit at the time of vacating. I have been living in the flat since the year 2017 and vacated the flat on November 2020 informing to the owner one month before as per rental agreement. I Deposited 40 k to the owner in the beginning during the time of vacating he informed me to call him and he will pay the money in January 1 st week with one moth rent deduction for maintenance I agreed so since the month of janauary he keeps on telling to call him on first week he will pay and now he doesn't pick call as well.
