Sir,

When I checked the incometax refund status online and telephoned the SBI[protected] I got the feedback that my incometax refund has been credited to my bank account on 30th April. But when I checked the bank for the same it has not been credited. The serial no. which the SBI gives is (ECS) [protected], but the bank people say that such the said Ecs has not come to them. When I reverted back to SBI they said that i should contact the Income tax office. But the Income tax office people say that once it is processed in their office it reaches Mumbai and they lose touch and they are not in a position to help. My PAN no. is AKRPS0311h and the refund is for the year[protected]. Now whome should I contact and what should I do. Please help me out in this regard.

We have 63 residential & 13 commercial units in our CHS. None of the shop owners stay in the society.The commercial unit members are not paying the monthly maintenance charges since last 2, 2-5 years. Their complaint is that the society is not providing them separate water connection. This is not possible since the society will have to pay the water charges at commercial rates for which the shop owners are not ready. On top of this these members are frequently lodging complaints to the registrar's office and when the officers from the registrars office visit the society to discuss & sort out the complaints none of the complainants are present.
This is causing lot of difficulties in the day to day affairs of the society.
Please suggest some way out on this.
