I was travelling back to hyd from Eranakulam by Sabari Express. I boarded the coach S2 seat no 58 59 and 60.The coach was very pathetic and doesn't fit for passenger travel. The middle birth when we fitted all the nuts bolt and spring came off. The lower birth was a seasaw and not enough width to sit. The switches won't turn off the light was on the entire night. There was no light the India style toilet and the western toilet didn't have a bolt. Such a horrific experience. I have attached some of the pics. I woe a refund of my ticket for the pain that I took. Also why is the TT allowing non confirmed tickets in sleeper coach. I request the concern authorities to reinspect and replace with a better coach. We are paying for the service and would expect Indian Railways to set a standard. Hi I am Santhosh Kumar from Bangalore, i have been to cinepolis at Royal Meenakshi Mall for Baahubali (Telugu) Movie, I bought the Ticket from the counter and entered the Hall and I found that the Ticket Print was unclear Soo I walked to a person near the Screen and requested to let me know what is my seat Number, and he advised me to wait for few moments and never thought of letting me the ROW/Seat #, Later I requested a Young lady to assist, she was helpful, she herself took my tickets and cross verified the Row and Seat Number and guided me to the place. BUT Actual Problem was here... I was advised to Take ROW G- Seat 5 and 6, and few minutes later 3 Senior Citizens had come and asked to move away from the seat, and I was surprised, and asked, why that is so! They said that, this is our seat and we have booked it online and they did show the Confirmation, and they were right. I again did go back to the same young lady and explained the situation and she made me wait for a min and requested help from her subordinate, and he took my Ticket back to the Counter and came up with no solution, and took me to those Senior Citizens and requested them to show their online Tkt and he had no clue what to do next, and he offered me to take a seat somewhere in the middle which i dint feel comfortable as I was with my wife. There were hardly no seat that movement, later he managed to make us seat at some corner and took my tkt advising he will reprint the tkt with new seat numbers and will be back in a min, I was waiting for the ticket to come and he never turned up even after the movie ended. On my en route to exit I requested a personal to check on my situation but he was least care even to listen, Y in need that tkt print is because i had to claim as it was a complementary from my Office. i did ask twice and he said to consult the Counter for more help, when i did go there i found lot of ppl waiting for Ticket and felt this is a Worst place that i never visit again or do Recommend to any when it comes to an option.

Hi, I've long been a satisfied user of Apple's product and services.However after my recent purchase of an iPhone 6 (in Mumbai, India) on 04/12/2014 my concern for the product are rising.After having use the iPhone 6 for about 35 days, I happened to loose grip of the phone, causing it to fall from a height of about 3 ft, leaving the outer glass of my iPhone 6 shattered. However to my notice the phone was in perfectly working condition.Soon after using the phone, i was left with a itchy and a bleeding Ear.On deeply examining by a physician this morning he brought to my notice a piece of the shattered glass. It was disappointing to find myself in the situation caused by usage of a premium phone. To my inquiry at apple customer service, i was given an estimate figure of Rs.23, 500/-(380$) for a total replacement of the phone. Why would one have to pay up 23.500/- upfront for a replacement of the phone when one can get the glass fixed.Having this issue i cant use my phone with the fear of harming my ear again. Also with just one drop of the phone worth Rs.62, 500/- (1012$), Apple also claims they wouldn't entertain any complaints either (leaving aside the glass) pertaining to the phone as it is physically damaged. I raise questions to myself, Does this mean my warranty is lapsed in just a month, and i don't have any option left but to pay that premium? Am i to continue using the product, with the fear of visiting a physician again? Is the glass that week for a premium phone, that the phone couldn't even sustain a 3ft drop? i careated a gift card in net banking to know whether yhe gift card has been despatched or not i contacted customer care.. but they asked me to contact the branch where i hold my account.. i tried many times but no one is picking the phone.. sometimes the call i received and no one is talking.. only thing is i lost balance in my mobile..and again contacted customer care and in that i was about to register a complaint.. the computer voice said the time i have to wait is less than 1 minute but i waited more than seven minutes, .. even after that no one talked to me.. just the cal gets disconnected.. and also once when i contacted customer care regarding my atm card they asked me to send sms to a number as UNHAPPY.. they said if i send this sms they will call me back.. but i didnt get any call even after sending the unhappy sms several times...even the persons working in the branch they always speak very rough to the customers and they never respect the people who come their.. and also even they are scolding the customers if we dont fill anything correctly in any form.. if the customers dont know anything its their duty to guide them.. but really its very bad... this things happens only in the government banks... but when we go to the private banks they are guiding customers very well.. thatswhy the private banks are succesfull in getting customers...pls do something to resolve this pls

I finished and submitted my papers for all 4 semester to the head office in Mumbai and kept following up with the Institute and the person who had enrolled me in Bangalore. I saty in Mumbai in a society of Bungalow owners and there is a cell tower right opposiote my house on the society office. I live with my two grandchildren and daughter. Recently all of them have started showing skin problems as well as restlessness is apparent in the younger child. I want to know whom do I complain to to have these towers removed. The towers have been installed at a time whenno one was very aware of its dangerous implications. I want to know if I alone can get the towers uninstalled even if the other members do not cooperate due to vested interests. I also need an expert to judge the intensity of emissions so that i have proof of its harmful nature.

And after reaching there I found myself very pathetic among people who were fighting to be first for an interview by holding their resume in the air. Kindly refer the trailing mail, I had sent a parcel (laptop) from
Gurgaon to Mumbai (Bhiwandi), to my surprising I am calling Mumbai
office (Vashi) and Gurgaon office as per the telephone numbers given
either they are NOT VALID AND / OR CONTINUSELY BUSY on Saturday. Once
to my luck a lady staff picked the phone on Monday i.e.[protected] I
asked that the parcel was suppose to reach me on Saturday i.e.19-12-09
what is the status? She replied that the vehicle has mate an accident
so your parcel will reach you by tomorrow i.e Tuesday[protected]. I
requested her to send the parcel at the earliest at it contains my
laptop and as my complete data / details and correspondence are in it,
i require it urgently, she said on Tuesday you will receive it 100%,
said ok.

Then again I called on Tuesday in the morning and spoke to your staff
(after trying for 1 and half hour) I was been told that the parcel
will reach you today by 4.00pm, again i request them to send me the
parcel by 12.00 as my entire work was stopped, they said they will try
and send it as soon as possible. Then again at 1.00pm I called up they
said it will reach in next half an hour so after half an hour again
called at 2.00pm they said the same thing. So tried after 2 hours at
3.30pm they gave the number of the delivery boy named Mr. Salman which
I called him and he said that the parcel has already reached the
office at 3.00pm. So the parcel was picked up by me and opened IT WAS
SHOCKING WHEN I SAW MY LAPTOP WAS DAMAGED CRACKED. So I kept trying
your Vashi office numbers not but last at 9.30pm I got the number
[protected] and when i informed them that the parcel is received in
damaged condition, then i was been given the number of Mr. Sunil
([protected]) of customer care. He said since he has left the office
today i.e. Tuesday[protected] he requested me to call tomorrow i.e.
[protected]. i called him today in the morning he said you need to
register a complaint with Gurgaon office as the parcel has been sent
from there as the parcel has been sent from there.

So i called up the numbers given on internet for helpline, here also
to my surprise NOT VALID AND / OR CONTINUSELY BUSY. So I wrote on your
feed back form at about 1.30 to 2.00 PM approximately. I received the
reply promptly giving instructions to your staff member about my case.
Then again i just kept trying your gurgaon numbers to my luck just
one mobile number i got through internet and i spoke to one of your
office staff he said you should have checked it during the parcel was
given.

NOW AS FOLLOWS:?
1) WHY ARE YOUR SYSTEMS NOT UPDATED WITH CORRECT NUMBERS?
2) WHY ARE YOUR NUMBERS ALLWAYS BUSY?
3) WHY WAS THE PARCEL NOT DELIEVERD WITHIN 24HRS?
4) SHOULD WE WAIT FOR YOUR PERSONS AT OUR DOOR TO RECIEVE THEM WITH THE PARCELS?
5) THE VEHICLES MATE AN ACCIDENT HAD MY PARCEL CARRYING IN IT?
6) WHY THE CUSTOMER TRUST IS BREACHED?
7) WHAT ABOUT MY CUSTOMER DATA AND DETAILS?
8) WHAT ABOUT THE STD CALLS MADE FROM MUMBAI?

Dear Sir,
It has been a regular practice for all drivers and conductors of state transport corporation buses plying in Tamil Nadu to stop at certain remote locations where some eateries are operated by private parties. These so called "Hotels" do not have the basic hygenic standards, the quality of food served is worse and the cost of "food items" is exorbitant. The commuters are forced to shell out the money for the worthless "food" as they do not have any other option. These places are the most favoured ones for the bus crew as specially made food with different menu is served exclusivey to them 'FREE OF CHARGE'. Some times they are also served with packed food. In addition to this the toilets are very unhygenic.
Eventhough the bus crew earn decent salary, just because they get free food, they make the fellow passengers to such a hardship which can be avoided. SUCH PRACTICE IS PREVAILING ONLY IN TAMIL NADU WHICH GIVES A VERY BAD IMAGE AND IMPRESSION TO PEOPLE BELONG TO OTHER STATES, COUNTRIES WHO VISIT TAMIL NADU. LET US CHANGE.

Following is a copy of the letter sent to ICICI Bank Credit Card Dept:-
Dear Sir/Madame, Dated 28/01/2009
I wish to draw your attention to your letter Dated 17th January 2009 with which your new credit card no: [protected] was delivered to me with a clear instruction that my Cash limit was 50, 400 (Fifty thousand and four hundred ).
Yesterday when I went to withdraw 20, 000 it declined, then it declined for 15, 000 twice. Then when I contacted the customer care I was given a “ Permission” to withdraw 6, 000. When I asked that I needed 20, 000, I was told that you can call tomorrow and know how much to withdraw from the customer care.
Today when I contacted the customer care they wasted my half an hour (of time and talk time ) behaving childish about the above stated information and one female told me that you should head for the ATM as there was nothing wrong with my card and that I could withdraw the said amount.
I went to the ATM and again my 15, 000 request was declined.
After I came back I again called the customer care only to be flatly told that my card has been blocked for cash withdrawals seeing my “Track record”.
Any body who has some common sense knows that difficult time comes to many but if a customer can pay RS 75, 033/ in one shot then that credibility is more to speak of, than the small non payments if any !. More over I cancelled all my other credit cards and refused the new ones because my problems if any could be solved with the 50, 000 cash limit ( it is note worthy to mention that I had refused an upgrade of limit to 130 thousand last year !)
After all this I feel that the ICICI bank has cheated me by breaching the trust.
It is not rocket science to understand that if you had problems with my track record in the first place, you should not have sent me the card !
Please also revert all the charges that you have made after the 24th july as I had called on your customer care and then paid the full amount (RS 75, 033/). So if your representative has given me a wrong calculation for the full payment then your executive should be fined ). It is also a matter of common sense rather than expert opinion that if I could pay RS 75, 033/ in one shot, I also would be having enough to pay for afew rupees here or there !
SO please take a stern action against all those who have made mistakes in my case, reverse the bogus charges after the 24th July( As I have never used the card till yesterday), and for once and for all let me know whether you people are willing to behave normally and have normal business with me or not !
