Dear ,
My mobile no [protected], i was applied for the prepaid to post paid connection. I have submitted the documents to your executive before 20 day,s from last month. till date i have pone to him his no. is [protected] but he was giving me some reply every day, i have spend lot's of money to call him. He will not give proper reponse to me , and also he has give me Sim card no.H[protected]. So please give me return my Rs.250/-. Now I am unhappy to vodafone services.

Self employed — opens drains breeding mosquitoes

Respected sir,

I reside in Marappa Garden, Annayaya block, first cross, first main. This is to bring to your notice that there is a open drain near my house which is brreding mosquitoes. Few days back a person came from BBMP giving leaflets about dengue and Chikangunya which is spreading nowdays. I complained to him about the drain and he said he will look into the matter.
I have been staying in this place since the last 3 years and till now no action has been taken.

Kindly note this is really unhygienic and BBMP should look into this matter most urgently.

Please advise further...

Self employed — Theft/Bypassing of Electricity from other connection.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I beg to draw your kind attention that I am a resident of A-100, Rattan Apartment, Rajupark, New Delhi-110062.

Sir, There are seven flats and a Basement consists in Rattan Apartment. There are 8 nos. electric meters installed. On behalf of the resident of total flats a common meter has been installed wich CRN No. [protected] in the Basement in the name of Sudhir Sharma for supply of water to water tank placed at top of the building with the help of two numbers of 1 HP crompton motors. One day I have seen that meters plastic cover has broken and the energy bypassing to somewhere.

It is noticed to you that Mr Sudhir Sharma resided in Ground Floor and his meter CRN No. [protected] with sanction load is 1 KW. Currently his energy consumption is more than 4 KW because he is installed three Air Conditioned (2 Split AC + 1 Window AC) and etc.

Further to above, Mr Sharma is operating an office at Basement without any commercial connection or domestic connection. But he is using minimum 1KW energy in basement office.

I have complint so many times but no action since been taken against him.

You are requested that kindly take necessary action for which I shall be graful to you. Due to security threat no one take risk against him.

Self employed — Open Storm drains

Strom drains around JAL VAYU VIHAR, Kammanahalli desilted couple of months back. In the process drains are opened and slabs were not covered properly or re-instated in several areas. At MARIAPPA CIRCLE JN. (Jal Vayu vihar corner), there is a huge gap awaiting accidents. I request authorities should complete the work by properly replacing and cementing the slabs.

Self employed — Election voting card mishandling

My wife's Election Voting card named Mrs.Sharmila Rajendra Prabhukeluskar,Maharashtrian,is not yet handed over by Zilha Parishad High School,Achole, Nallasopara(East).
We have filled a form at the same time and I have received the ID card but my wife not yet.According to me it is misplaced by the Zilha Parishad School authorities.When I visited that school for the enquiry I have observed that lady teachers there are totaly non co-operative and arogent.Even after meeting Head-mistress of that school nothing has been happened.She is also behaved the same way.
I feel all the voting card palced at above mentioned school are at all not in a safe custody and don't think people will get those ID cards in hand from this indisciplied school.

I have a bsnl prepaid connection in India.my number is [protected]. i am trying to deactivated bsnl tunes from 1 month ago.But even now the deactivation is not done they have been taking the money from my account for the renewal of the bsnl tunes.i called the customer care and they are always saying excuses.i already lost more than Rs. 40/-.I don't know what to do now.They are robbing my money.pls confirm the above problem and kindly do the needful.

Self employed — worst service from idea

Dear Sir,

I m using a Idea Post Paid cell .No.[protected] from past two and a half years. I have settled all my pending bill then I have given a request for postpaid to prepaid migration on my bill cycle day 16/11/2012 Friday at Idea Franchise Tulunad Towers Court Road Udupi & they told that within 4 working days it will process.

As per my per bill cycle they guys are taking my requests and all on every month 16th date only, But that franchise guys are updated my request on Nov.19th Monday. This is not my fault.. this mistake done from idea guys who they are working in Udupi idea outlet.

Now I called 10-12 times to customer care guys for asking about the status, they are telling that it can solved next month 16th..or else just go to the idea outlet and check with them about this matter..after that I visited to udupi idea outlet, they are saying that we already processed your request… but there is some technical issue so it will take time..

See, this is the Prepaid sim number which I received from udupi idea outlet On 16/11/2012..-
