Dear Concerned

My Airtel mobile with SIM card bearing no. [protected] lost on 8.4.2010 and a complaint thereof was registered with your custom care under ref no. [protected] on 8.4.2010 at about 9 am.

When visited your Airtel showrooms/ Customer Care Centers at Faridabad- Haryana to get another SIM, we were surprise to note that the SIM of 98 series were not available on any showroom/ Custmer Care Centres in Faridabad. We finally contacted your CCC SECTOR 15 FARIDABAD who infomed that SIM of 98 series will be available only at your NEW FRIENDS COLONY - New Delhi Customer Care Centre.

Today, We approached your NEW FRIENDS COLONY CCC,but regret to state that they were also equipped with the same reply that they do not have the SIM of 98 series in stock and were not in position to inform as to when the SIM will be available.

Lastly, one of your staff at NFC- New Delhi CCC gave a telephone number as [protected] and advised us that we should check with him on coming Thursday the 15th April 2010 for the required SIM of 98 series.


CAN AIRTEL MANAGEMENT EXPLAIN THE REASONS OF SUCH A SERIOUS LAPS AND REASONS O[censored]NNECESSARY HARRASMENT TO CONSUMER.
