[Resolved]  Semi automatic washing machine — no demo service and complaint feedback

We have purchased a onida semi automatic washing machine from Naveen Electronics Model Town on 19th October 2008 as a gift from my parents for Diwali but from the day one that is 20th October its drier is not working and not even any person from your Onida company had turned up for its demo. I have called the helpline number atleast 7times and everytime they reply me that they will be sending one guy tomorrow positively and as i am working i have given them the time to come either before 9 a.m. inthe morning or after 8p.m. in the evening but no one had turned up yet what's the use of such a big brand when service is zero ? If strict and prompt action is not taken i will go to consumer court to file a written complaint against your company.
