no demo service and complaint feedback
We have purchased a onida semi automatic washing machine from Naveen Electronics Model Town on 19th October 2008 as a gift from my parents for Diwali but from the day one that is 20th October its drier is not working and not even any person from your Onida company had turned up for its demo. I have called the helpline number atleast 7times and everytime they reply me that they will be sending one guy tomorrow positively and as i am working...

Spinner stops working
I purchased a semi automatik wasing machine model LS63 6Kg Semi Auto WM SL No-0264 on 24-7-07. The machine i did mot use except for trial , only during winter i started using the spinner to get the cloth dried up that too hardly 10 to 15 times .
