The above note is just high handedness of the organisation. They have not been able to keep any of the aforesaid terms in the contract. So it is a breech of the contract and the ECS cancellation order has not been carried out by the organistion. It only leaves feeling of being cheated by the organistion. I have not been able to even recover one fifth of the money.
