[Resolved] TNSTC — Bed Bugs | |||
I would like to raise a formal complaint with SETC about Bed bugs on their busses. If they are not able to control the Bed bugs in their busses better they take back their service. I had been repeatedly informing the conductors of the busses and no response till date. My sincere advice to every single person to avoid taking up SETC busses for transport. I had booked ticket in setc, ultra deluxe bus on oct18 2013, fri 9.25pm. Most of the seats were damaged and window glasses were broken and no window locks. it was not worth an ultra deluxe . When We asked the conductor about it, he didn't respond at all and refused to give the complaint number. In future pls avoid these buses because they are not safe as well. The ultra deluxe bus is highly infested with bed bug. Apart from having sleepless night, we also have the serious problem of infesting our own homes by carrying the bed bugs from buses. Kindly take some measure regarding this issue. It is a serious matter concerning sanitation.
I could see so many complaints about the worst service from setc... even so many years back like 6 to 8... but it havent improved even a single percentage... I m experiencing bugs biting all over my body and got inflated everywhere... I couldn't even sit on my seat and now travelling on conductor seat at front wondering when would the government service be the best as it is in other states... It doesn't even have to be best atleast could consider cleaning the bus properly.. its llike who the hell cares for these petty passengers who can adjust bearing all these things.. We pay out of our hard earned money and we have the rights to demand at least a bug free peacefull travel

setc transport corp — about deadly insects in bus
when i was travelling from thrichy to coimbatore in setc bus one day ....a deadly insects bit in my hands .....it created a lot of prom in my skin ...there is a bad maintance in the setc buses ......the bus route is from velankani to erunakulam ....
i ever seen a bus lik this ....plz avoid travellin in setc buses...............................
