Dear Team,
I booked ticket in SETC website on 08-07-26.Payment debited UPI Transaction[protected] Rs.920.
I have not received any sms or mail after making payment.Not able to reach cuatomer care also.Than I booked my ticket with private bus.Night at 9.15 they are sending PNR and ticket details, really worst service.

Kindly refund my amount 920 else I file take a legal action....

20A somanur to ukkadam (or) Gandhipuram bus not running through the way of sulur pirivu road.They used bypass to cross the sulur pirivu.
I don't know but the vehicle number is.but the timing of the bus crossed in sulfur piriuv 8:55pm.
Please take action and solve this kind of problems....

The bus driver behaved in a highly irresponsible and unsafe manner. He did not stop the bus properly at the designated stop, even though passengers were waiting to board. When a girl attempted to step into the bus, the driver intentionally moved the bus forward before she could safely get on. I was waiting at Krishnankovil stop near Vadasery, which is a main stop on the 451 Trivandrum route. I signaled clearly with my hand well before the bus arrived. However, the driver intentionally did not stop, even though Krishnankovil is a designated stop. This caused inconvenience, and I felt ignored because of my appearance.

I request TNSTC to kindly look into this matter and ensure that buses stop at all designated stops...

For the past few attempts... whenever I tried to book tickets and do payment via billdesk...the amount is getting paid but the ticket is not being booked.Very very frustrated because of this issues.The amount is then being transferred to my account after 1 or 2 days.Please resolve this issue.what if I have only the ticket ammount and immediately wants to book ticket and then the ticket is not being booked but my money is gone from my account...

I was traveling from Erode to Mysore.
When I politely asked for a ticket, the conductor spoke very irresponsibly,
saying only ‘rules… system… kuduka mudiyadhu’ without explaining the actual reason.
As a passenger, I have the right to know why a ticket cannot be issued.
Kindly take action and instruct staff to explain rules properly and speak respectfully to passengers.

I partially canceled 2 out of 4 tickets that were booked 2 days before departure. I was informed that I would receive a refund after a deduction of 10 or 20 percent, and I even saw the refund amount (440). However, even after a week, I have still not received the amount. Tnstc operated from Chennai to tiruppathur(PNR T[protected], conductor name : naveen kumar has speak rude even I was reached to the boarding point 10 minutes delay.He should be punished. This is unnecessary for him to speak unpleasant words among passengers.I will attach voice note if needed...

I booked a ticket at tnstc on 6/3/24 i paid the amount correctly, the amount 630rs also debited from my account the next second, but the app said an error occurred, and doesn't give me any booking details. Them i contacted tnstc payment gateway through mail regarding my problem, they lethargically your amount will be refunded within 15 days. Its already been many days but the amount still not credited into my account. I later mailed them...

Before the bus starts, the confirmation message will come but for me there is no message received. So, the bus conductor deny to allow me in the bus and he behave rudely.
