Complaint about fault in TNSTC Application regarding Female passenger seated next to male passenger in reservation ticket booking

I, Priya R, travelled in SETC Bus from Rajapalayam to Pennadam on 24-04-26 and Pennadam to Rajapalayam on 26-04-26, booked my reservation tickets through TNSTC Application on 13-04-26, as my tickets are attached below. While booking, there is no intimation of male passenger seated next to me. But when I was stepped into the bus, I was seated next to the male passenger on both of these days.

I was waiting at Krishnankovil stop near Vadasery, which is a main stop on the 451 Trivandrum route. I signaled clearly with my hand well before the bus arrived. However, the driver intentionally did not stop, even though Krishnankovil is a designated stop. This caused inconvenience, and I felt ignored because of my appearance.

I request TNSTC to kindly look into this matter and ensure that buses stop at all designated stops...

I would like to register a complaint against a government bus conductor. On [24/02/2026], I travelled in a government bus from [Sriperumbudur] to [Chengalpattu ]. The bus number is [TN21N2046] and the time was around [8.26].
When I asked for a ticket from the starting point, the conductor did not issue the ticket immediately. Instead, he issued the ticket only after two stops. When questioned, he said that there was no balance. Even...

Issue with payment and ticket booking

For the past few attempts... whenever I tried to book tickets and do payment via billdesk...the amount is getting paid but the ticket is not being booked.Very very frustrated because of this issues.The amount is then being transferred to my account after 1 or 2 days.Please resolve this issue.what if I have only the ticket ammount and immediately wants to book ticket and then the ticket is not being booked but my money is gone from my account...

Not giving ticket

I was traveling from Erode to Mysore.
When I politely asked for a ticket, the conductor spoke very irresponsibly,
saying only ‘rules… system… kuduka mudiyadhu’ without explaining the actual reason.
As a passenger, I have the right to know why a ticket cannot be issued.
Kindly take action and instruct staff to explain rules properly and speak respectfully to passengers.

Bus ticket booking failed but Money not refunde

I booked bus from Tirunelveli to Chennai Kilamabakkam on[protected], once I booked the seats and tried to pay, the payment server crashes .After reloading, I was able to make the payment, but the status said failed. The website said on Failed transaction, the money will be refuned in 3 - 5 days but still didn't get any refund. This is my OB ref no.: OB31031201...

Wost Driving

Today while we (me and my husband) were travelling near coimbatore kondayampalayam area on our two wheeler, govanur bus no :32, bus vehicle no TN 38 N 3541, time 12.52 pm,
We were riding on the left, the bus which i told above came behind and tried to overtake us.

Not able to select my destination

Dear Team,
The bus number -2240BANOOTCC01A is starting from Bangalore to Ooty via Gudalur.
When I select destination as Gudalur this bus is not available( none of the buses are shown).
Request you to enable Gudalur as one of the destination for this route....

This is ashish from coimbatore. I sent this complaint regarding of non stopping of bus(route kanuvai)
Bus-s11, is plying from gandhipuram to kanuvai, via P&T Quarters.On April 3rd 2025 i boarded this s11 bus at gandhipuram bus stand 6:30pm and wanted to drop at P&T quarters. But the bus haven't stopped. Even the bus driver and conductor didn't listened to me and was rude. But he concentrate only to drive the bus.
So i request you take a proper action on this complaint. This is not the 1st time this has happened with this bus but repeatedly.

        Refund not yet received

        I partially canceled 2 out of 4 tickets that were booked 2 days before departure. I was informed that I would receive a refund after a deduction of 10 or 20 percent, and I even saw the refund amount (440). However, even after a week, I have still not received the amount. When I checked the status of the refund, it showed the following (see image below)....

        I am reaching out to report a serious and recurring issue regarding the presence of insects in the AC bus operating from Bangalore to Ooty (Trip Code - 2240BANOOTCC01A). This problem has been particularly troubling for passengers seated near the windows, as cockroaches and other insects regularly appear and often come into direct contact with passengers, creating a highly uncomfortable and unhygienic travel experience.
        During my recent journeys on this route, these insects have frequently crawled onto seats, bags, and even passengers, which is both unpleasant and concerning for health and safety. Despite notifying the bus conductor on multiple occasions, no action has been taken to resolve this issue so far.
        As a regular passenger on this service, I respectfully request that immediate action be taken to thoroughly clean and disinfect the bus to prevent this issue from continuing.

          My delivery parcel never arrived, and after several follow-ups, I was informed that the lorry carrying my goods had caught fire. This is by far the worst Salem, Chennai, Chittoor Mettur transport service I have ever encountered. The company, MSS Transport, is highly unprofessional and irresponsible at all levels—staff, management, and even the manager. They failed to provide any proper communication or updates about the situation, leaving me in the dark.

          I strongly advise against using this transport service. Not only did I lose my money, but I also experienced immense frustration due to their negligence. Their lack of punctuality and accountability is shocking. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, avoid MSS Transport at all costs. This is a fraudulent and unreliable company.

              I have booked a ticket from Thanjavur to Bangalore for 4 th November. The amount has been sent to TNSTC via UPI. But I didn't get any ticket. I have waited 1 day for the refund and I am complaining about this issue. There is no proper information or response about the issue from their end. I didn't know where and what to do with this issue. Consider my complaint and do the needful.

                We are farmers selling fruits and vegetables on daily basis in chennai by travelling from our village to Chennai by Bus (112A, 112B) which is comes from Uthukota dipo and runs in Route of Sathyavedu to Koyambedu.

                Regularly we are travelling in 112A at morning 4.00 Am we are taking ticket for us and for our luggage but we are facing the most important issue is demanding comission for the luggage if we are not giving the amount what they demanding they are not allowing us to get in to the bus and use to abuse the passenger with their vulgar words.

                That too the driver is fixing the rate and ordering to the conductor to take that if he is not giving then don't allow to get in.

                I myself insulted like this many times by getting in to the bus with my luggage and the forcedly throwing me out for not giving the comission which they demand.

                Is this a government transport or private transport I don't know.

                And they are suggesting to the 112B bus drivers and conductors not to allow the particular passanger if he is not giving the comission which they fix.

                A senior driver is fixing how much spare is for the luggage and how much the comission is and he is encouraging the junior conductors to following his suggestions.

                The things which we are not able to agree is he is strongly with dare and with high pitch voice infront of all passengers telling that if you want to complaint you can go and do whom ever you want ( COMMISSION KUDUKKA MUDIYALENNA YETHA MUDIYADHU YEVAN KITTE SOLLIKKIRAYO SOLLIKO PO) means still I am not understanding that the bus is governments or his own bus.

                I don't know his name a aged person wearing blue shirt with less hairs doing all these and he is suggesting to the next shift people's also to follow the same.

                The same thing is doing by the next shift driver wearing coffee colour shirt.

                Is the rules and regulations of government buses are changed. That driver can fix the spare and he can demand the comission from the passenger what ever he want and if the passenger is not supposed to give he can throw him forcedly from the bus.

                I want a clarity from the government side who given him that confidence that a driver can insult a passanger for not giving the comission and force to get down and can say the word whom ever you want complaint go and do it.

                I want answer for this infront of nearly more than 50 passangers in the bus he is saying YEVAN KITTE SOLLIKIRAYO SOLLIKO PO means what is his confidence is he feels he is the owner of the bus.

                This is not happening for me lot farmers who are travelling in these two buses facing daily basis.

                A government employee who is getting salary PF, ESI and leaves more than enough is demanding comission from a farmer doing small scale business which he will get for his one day expenses. How this society will change .

                A person that do driving a bus is fixing the price and comission and he is feeling that he is the owner of the bus and he is the government means where is the rules and regulations for him.

                We need justice on this and we have to destroy that confidence on the particular driver from your side. We have to prove that a common man can do anything with your action taking on him.

                We need justice on this.
