I booked a ticket at tnstc on 6/3/24 i paid the amount correctly, the amount 630rs also debited from my account the next second, but the app said an error occurred, and doesn't give me any booking details. Them i contacted tnstc payment gateway through mail regarding my problem, they lethargically your amount will be refunded within 15 days. Its already been many days but the amount still not credited into my account. I later mailed them many times they didn't replied me . And also i tried calling them by their toll free number the number was busy the whole time, i didn't get a line. My money was gone. Please help me. There is no mistake from my side.
