I am writing to inform you of my dissatisfaction with the service of SeventyMM (http://www.seventymm.com). SeventyMM has not been true to its commitment of providing satisfactory service. I am a registered member of SeventyMM and entitled to CD rentals on a daily basis. My last request for a title was on the morning of 4th July 2008. The CD never got delivered.
I called SeventyMM customer care multiple times to enquire about the delay, but all my calls went unanswered. This is stark contrast to the time when I wasn't a member. I received a multitude of calls from sales representatives on behalf of SeventyMM, requesting me to sign up for their rental service. Promises of outstanding service were made, but that unfortunately hasn't been the case.
I request you to look into my grievances and aid me appropriately.
