[Resolved] Seventymm — Poor product and service | |
I subscribed for a monthly VCD/DVD package with SeventyMM. As part of the deal, it was supposed to provide 6 CD/DVD movies. My complaints: 1. The quality of CDs/DVDs was very poor. I could use only 2 of the 6 movies as the remaining did not work. 2. After several complaints and follow-ups I was promised that my payment would be refunded. 3. One fine day, I got a mail for termination of my membership as well as renewal option. On follow-up I found that the company is not procesing any refund and that my membership has lapsed. 4. After several phone calls and discussions, I was promised that the time will be extedned by a month and I will be given at least 10 more movies. 5. Still awaiting an action. 6. Extremely poor service and no follow-up from customer service department. As I customer and sufferer, I have to follow-up myself. Please look into the matter.
