Seventymm — Seventymm service sucks, their movie library sucks, their staff sucks

Hello, you unethical, inefficient, unprofessional people at Seventymm,

For the last five days, we have been waiting to receive a movie from Seventymm but without luck. I sent an SMS with the message 'DELIVER' to 5757570, and I received an auto-response saying my movies will be delivered. This was on Thursday, March 12. Today, it's March 16. But, still no movie.

On Friday, March 13, I called your customer care number and they said some random movie from my wishlist will be delivered. But nothing arrived. Yesterday, three days after we had asked for a movie to be delivered, we called again and received the recorded message 'sorry, no one is available to answer your call'. When we finally got through, some mental at the end of the line said there was a technical error and that he was sorry. We asked him how he could compensate for our loss. We have paid to watch 1 movie a day every month. But thanks to this so-called technical error, we have nothing. Since the brain-dead couldn't answer our question, he referred us to a supervisor - someone who identified herself as Nirmala. She tried to be snooty with us and said that according to your policy, you can deliver only one movie per day. Fine, but what about delivering that? Will God do that for us?

Over the last year, we have lined up several movies in our wishlist but most of them have not been delivered to us. Seventymm only delivers some random movies from the bottom of our list. We are appalled at the quality of your customer care and at the idiocy of your staff. Your service sucks. We are cancelling our account with effect from this month. As a journalist, I have a duty to give you a bad review and I shall do so. Get your act together before all your customers leave you.

Excellent ... seems they have a malicious easter egg in their website code ... u had the issue in 2009 March... and now I am having exactly same issue in 2010 March - around the same time. I have already lost 7 days of service ... 2 times complaint lodged, but no effect. Unfortunatel i am stuck with 6mnths subscription. My bad - I got greedy, should always have kept it 3month or 1month plan. You can always threaten them to cancel. They know that one customer canels, then its like a penny less in the begging bowl.

Please do not fall in trap of this company because Once they have pocketed your money, their is no one whom you can complaint or who can hear what a customer is facing.

Non-existent service, I am currently in Delhi NCR region and their executive Ritu called dozens of times and offered me 6 free movie DVDs and sold me some movie plan. But even after 1 month, posting dozens of complaints on their website and calling them number of times, I AM YET TO RECEIVE promised FREE DVDs.
Even their day to day service is Pathetic.
