Seventymm.com — incomplete information and non refund of courier charges

I purchased bedsheets online from seventymm.com. The material delivered was of low quality as compared to price and I returned the material to the given address by seventymm.com. I got the delivery at Mumbai and I was asked to return the material by courier to Delhi. I was directly given Delhi address without informing me the available Mumbai address. Now the company is not refunding my courier charges. and the other product also again company is giving me Delhi address though Mumbai address is available and I asked for it. I
