I Purchased in Seventymm online shopping website on 14-Oct-2012.My order number is SMA0417301. Still its in under process only.I mailed them regarding status No reply from them.They didnot send any mail or phone call for delay. Was this information helpful? | |||

Seventymm — Order not yet delivered
Hello,I ordered UCB Cold perfume on 08-Jan-2012 in http://seventymm.com. They sent me an email on Tue, 17 Jan 2012 03:26:52 IST stating that my order was dispatched on 13-Jan-2012 and it hasn't not been delivered yet. I tried calling the customer care #[protected] several times and they said will raise a complaint and get back to me in 48 hrs and no one has contacted me from the company yet. I have called them more than 7 times since 17th and I haven't got positive response yet. They also gave me a tracking number of "Aramax" courier and that AWB # always says "Shipment in progress". I am tried sending an email and never got a reply from them. I have attached the screenshot of the order (which reflects the status) and the email I received. I little concerned as I starting feel that they are trying to cheat me. I am not looking forward to have the product delivered, I want them to refund my money back!!!
Kindly looking to this and do the needful.
