Seventymm — Unable to cancel account and subscription amount debited automatically from credit card | |||
I was a subscriber of Movie Rental service Seventymm.com and after first use for 3 months i was not satisfied with their services hence decided to cancel the services. i have been talking to them on their customer care number[protected] to cancel my account but they have not done it yet and due to which they have been charging my credit card Rs.940/- the subscription amount two times now. they are not responding on my complaint at all and i am unable to talk to any one from the company's redressal cell. hope someone could help me with this. Seventymm — Charged my Credit Card by misleading
HiI am Sonu Yadav. I have applied for a 28 Day trial period offer of Seventymm, They asked me to pay for this offer through my credit card. I confirmed that next month's fees should be deducted only after my confirmation to continue with their membership and the person who was helping me with IVR confirmed that I will receive a call for continuation or not.
Major problems faced during this period:
1). Most of the movies are never available with them
2). They deliver in 4-5 Days (promised to be deliver in 1 day.)
3). Quality of DVD is poor.
I received 2 messaged from their side that as the movie ordered by me was not delivered on time so my trial period has been extended my 6 days and in the meanwhile they charged my Credit card for 299 Rs. as next month's fees.
When i called them for refund, they cancelled my account and now nobody is picking up the phone in their customer service center (which anyways sucks).
Please take immediate action for the refund of my money.
