This complaint is being registered for the reason below
Outages without prior information and outages extending beyond informed times.
There was supposed to be an outage from Thu 24 December 2009, 13:00 Hrs to Tue 29 December 2009, 09:00 hrs due to a supposed "planned" system upgrade and when i tried logging in after the outage hours there was still no service . On calling the customer care i was informed to try after a couple of hours and without any surety that the system will be available . The outage has blocked my money for 5 days and there is absolutely no accountability . All we get to do is talk to a rude and horrendous customer service who has no idea of when or why things are happening. Was this information helpful? |
