[Resolved] Share Khan — Transfer of Funds | |||
On[protected] I transferred Rs.25000/- from my bank account to Share Khan IPO Funds account between 1145 to 1200 hrs. Amount has been debited in my account and transferred to Sharekhan. Yet my IPO Fund is showing insufficient amount. I could not apply to my desired IPO. I have the Bank's transaction ID as well as Sharekhan's transaction ID. If this is not sufficient, I tried to contact Sharekhan's Customer Care Contact Nos:[protected]Paid) and [protected] begin_of_the_skype_highlighting [protected] end_of_the_skype_highlighting(Toll Free) right from 1145 to 1430 hrs but to no use. Every time I was asked to hold and listen the recorded tune for as much time as 20 minutes. A very poor and inefficient customer service. If there is a bungling of lakhs of rupees in someone's account, this type of customer service is of no use. They cannot help and clarify the position/. This is not the only depository body in the country. There is too much competition now. It is high time people think of alternative. None of the seniors is availlable. Only these call centre people are there to speak to you. Who will tell me whether my money would be transferred in my account or not? . Was this information helpful? | |||

I also transferred a sum of Rs 40000 from my bank account to Sharekhan demat account. The sum was successfully debited from bank but is not reflected in the demat account. So i letrally don't know where my money is as of now. I'm trying to contact at their Customer Care centre but nobody is responding. This is really callous attitude from these people leaving the customers worrying about their money.

I am Anand, the same happened to me also with sharekhan. I too transferred 25000 from my bank account but all the time i tried to book my desired IPO it was telling insufficient funds. I tried to contact the customer care but of no use. I withdrew the cash to my bank account and it was succesfully credied back. There was no loss of money but i could not buy the desired share i wished for :-(
