[Resolved]  Share Khan — Cheating on Opening of Demat Account

Share Khan has continously pressurised me to Open a Demat Account. I've told them clearly that I'm using a ICICI demat account & I'm very satisfied with the services.
They've convinced me that there will no charges on the demat account & you can keep doing some buying in stocks from this account as well. They've demanded a cheque of 2000/- Rs & Initially I refused as they stated the account will be for free & charges will only be incurred on the trading or on buying & selling. They have told me that this money will be kept in the account as a Margin Money and they will keep debiting the charges for any trading that I'll do. I've told them to come & demonstrated their online account as I'll be unable to operate on my own.
The Cheque has been encashed & till now No one has turned up for any demonstration despite my requests. I've requested to close the account & they've started sending me the SMS for DP dues for which I've complained on mail. Neither they've reverted to the mail or to the calls satisfactorily.
Today Again I've received a SMS for DP dues & On talking to the call centre now they are telling that the amount has been taken as PREPAID charges. I've clearly told them to close the account & refund my amount as neither they've given me any service till date nor there is any transaction till date. They are expressed their inability.
I request you to look into the matter & help me with the closure of account & refund of money.
