[Resolved] Sharekhan — Unauthorized Trading

I have found Sharekhan is doing unauthorrized trading from my account, This happens to me second times. When I found my shares are sold out without my prior permission and without intimating me for this. This is seriuos issue, I have tried to reach Share khan thru customer care but not able to reached there customer services, either. This is a cheating (as PP, one of my close friend told me) as per customer point of view. Any one can help and suggest me if some body has faced the similar sort of issue with Share Khan. now there are different options once call to customer care.. or there are different sharekhan offices in india

i[censored] had no time to go to office... search in the sharekhan website different adress, phne no available depending upon the region u are staying ..contact the regional telephone nossssss

My DP account:609692 .Today Your sever shown in my dp account half shares only.really i shocked first. After i called Custommer care . She is respones server is some problem. Please dont repeat agine.
If play like this some cases will be serious also.

Please dont take silly. Any thing happend for one custommer that custommer go to court also.Please u can update software we give the money that money you can spend some part software updation.

Please call me give the clarification to me.

I am also facing this same problem and because of which my account is in -804 due to broker's mistake and I complained this to the branch office some 20 days ago but nothing has happened till now

I face the same problem have lost Rs60, 000 in one day. Someone has traded against my intended trade and I have incurred series of loses further I see that the live market quotes are not seen receive only delayed market price details

Who offered me very attractive brokerage (5 paise for intraday and 25 paise for delivery), but I have requested him brokerage of 3 paise for intraday and 15 paise for delivery.
He assured me that when my portfolio will cross XXX lakh then I am eligible for this brokerage slab.
Now Mr.Nitin Gaharwar leave Sharekhan and my portfolio crosses XXX lakh.
Now my request for reduction in Brokerage was rejected. It means Sales Executive who is representing Sharekhan has misleading and deceptive me to open a new account.
