branch id 325 with sharekhan banglore gandhinagar branch .i allwayes trading on trade tiger online at my home .mybank account with icici bank savings account away from my town yadgiri [karnataka] to shahapur [karnataka] 30 kilometer
on date[protected]am my sharekhan trading a/c showing
credit balance rs 63936.64 same time i purchase 1867 share of
HOUSING DEVELOPMENT AND INFRA LTD[HIDL] AT RATE OF 179.21 ORDER NO [protected] TRADE 14957 TIME 10.02.44 AM[protected] sharekhan trade tiger online 5 times given exposure for purchase above company share as per rul of sebi [stock exchange board ofindia ] share hold up to T+2 dayes
same day HDIL stock prises fall more than 5% so i hold for 2 days
otherwise after 1 day i ready to fund transfer to sharekhan online from icici bank of my debitbalance . on date 23.12.2008 one email received from sharekhan team gandhingar banglore branch that your debitbalance rs 19713.06 time 12-18pm email sender ms sukeerthi said please pay our debit balance rs 19713.06 otherwise we squreof you 1867 share of hdil immediately . i requested to sukeerthi [sharekhan teem employees] i ready to pay our debit balance you wait 2 hours i going to icic bank and put into my account and tranfer to your sharekhan online a]c
2nd e-mail receved 2-11 pm 23.12.2008 from sukeerthi [sharekhan gandhinagar blorebrac said your acount show debit balance 270644.98 you pay immediately 1or2 minute otherwise your holding HDIL share squreoff irequested please wait half hour i transfer fund to sharekhan from icicibank . but she isnot listen and 2 minute sharekhan team sold whole 1843 HDIL SHARE with heavy looses i loose my money rs 63963.00 next day
please request you that please give justice favour me otherwese
many many small investor huge loss with death

1] why 3or5 or 8times exposure given
2] this is a not joke to tranfer fund 2or3minut
please take action against company otherwise i shortlely approched sebi and financeministery ' i send same complaint to customer care of sharekhan date23.12.2008 by email please take legal action .you try to send my back huge loss balance
