RESPECTED SIR
I was filed the PAN application on 23/5/2012 bearing AD number [protected]. I was alloted the PAN after all required documents. The PAN number is BHVPR0003B. Sir some reason the PAN CARD not received to me because my residence is closed. I am working at ROHIDA AND COMPANY, 2425 DALAMANDAI ABOVE HIRA KIRANA STORES AHMEDNAGAR. I am there morning 11 to 7 PM thereform the PAN card was not received to me.
SIR I again fill the correction form vide AD number [protected] on 31/7/2012 and submitt the documents as ration card as proof of ID and the employer certificate as resiential proof. The PAN check status shows that prrof of identity not provided/not valid.
FIRST TIME I have submitted the documents which is accepted by your honor and allot me to PAN number but while file of correction form it shows that proof of identitiy not provided. IS IT POSSIBLE?
RASAL TARA GORAKH is poor women. she not received the PAN card. MAY I REQUEST to issue my PAN CARD to my employer address as early as possible.
