SINCE THE OFFER DID NOT SPECIFY ABOUT MANDATORY CHARGES FOR INSTALLATION & ACTIVATION. The offer clearly stated all the charges involved along with the packages offered by the Brand in two different zones. Rs 199 was the price for just the Set top box, which don't work without the installation and installation hardware (the Price for Installation and installation hardware was mentioned on the product page as well). Kindly pay the installation charges to get the product installed.
