[Resolved] ShopClues — Fraud by shopclues and robbed me Rs 5000 | |||
Shopclues is a big fraud company beware of it. I have placed an order for Khaitan air cooler order no 2897450 dated 30 Mar 2013. After chasing them for last 15 days I have sent almost 10 emails and made 20 calls to your customer care stating that I am unable to track my order with the given tracking no. All of sudden they changed the status to delivered and inspite of informing that I have not received my order in my last complaint they have now changed the status to complete. This is very ridiculous that they never bothered to check and confirm the delivery with the customer and always given a negative response. I am very irritated that now I will file complaint against them in the consumer court and FIR in police station. I have recorded the conversation with digvijay customer care team and have all correspondence via email. They are simply cheaters and looted my money. SHOPCLUES are CHEATERS. Yes only after i had run pillar to post and lodged complaint on this website, it is now delivered after so much pain. But then there is no point in buying online when one can get it at cheaper rate and at my comfort. I[censored] want to improve your services please dont use DTDC services they are hell.
They are worst. They have delivered a wrong size T-shirt to me and torn too. I have also fined the complaint with Consumer Forum and also recorded there customer care call. Thanks for giving me the idea of FIR. I plan to do it now.

This is rahul pramanik. I order ilunch topware lunch box on 18.04.2015 and till now I do not get those product. Order id-. 46877783. I already paid for those product from my debit card.Request for refund as I have been charged for wrong item.
Company is harassing the customer, I have been charged for Coconut beaker instead of ordered product, so necessary action may be taken against the company and I may please be refunded the actual amount. Rs 386dont sell original goods except replicas on discounts
They do unethical business selling replica products under discounts to make money by tie-ups with merchantsOne Quantity missing

After chasing them for last 15 days and I have sent almost 10 emails and made 20 calls to your customer care stating that I am unable to track my order with the given tracking no.They never bothered to listen to me. All of sudden they changed the status to delivered and inspite of informing that I have not received my order in my last complaint they have now changed the status to complete. They gave fake tracking no of DTDC. When I called the courier they denied having any such tracking no.This is very ridiculous that they never bothered to check and confirm the delivery with the customer and always given a negative response. I am very irritated that now I will file complaint against them in the consumer court and FIR in police station. They are simply cheaters and looted my money. SHOPCLUES are CHEATERS.NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM SHOPCLUES a big NO.
