placed an order on 21/05/2013 for https://secure.shopclues.com/prestige-wet-grinder-pwg-01.html They have sent me the shipment after a pain full struggle of 15 days on requesting with numerous ways(FB,EMAIL,TWITTER..) . Finally i ended up receiving damaged product on 07/06/2013 .I have raised a complaint and holding the damaged product , still the struggle continues i really want this resolved Was this information helpful? | |||

Recently I purchased "9 in 1 Keychain with Micro-Pliers & LED Flashlight" ( order number 3662197) from shopclues and I got the product in 3 days. But the product I received was defective one. I got the product on 23rd May and I raised the complaint with them ( ticket number 271984) on same day. They told me to send pictures of product and I sent that also. They said they will replace the product within 1 week. I didn't receive either replacement or refund of money till today. Every time they make some lame excuse and disconnect calls.
