[Resolved]  ShopClues — Late Shipping

I ordered a smartphone on the 7th of August 2013.However,till now i have not received my order from Shopclues.com ,even after they assured me that it will reach me within 10 days.Whenever i call up their customer care number,they assure me of receiving my order,but i have not receive till now.They also gave me a false Waybill Bluedart number,which did not exist.They were quick to take the money from my account,but are really inactive for the delivery.My order number is 5710749.They will not let me cancel the order also,as they have already"processed" it.Please clarify.The amount i spent is really not a big joke at all.
