[Resolved] ShopClues — Shopclues.com having worst customer service. | |||
I ordered a Nokia Lumia 520 on Shopclues.com on 14th of August against order no. 5888173. Due to delay in shipment, I requested for cancellation, but even after that they shipped the product through DTDC having worst courier service in India. When I contacted the shopclues authorities, I received an reply from them to refuse to shipment once the courier guy will come to deliver and I did so, but the shopclues sent me an email that my order has been delivered and asking for my feedback. When I sent the mail to the shopclues.com more than 7-8 times, anyhow the order marked as "Undelivered--Returning to origin". Since last 10 days, there is no progress in the refund process. Whenever I am sending any email to shopclues, I receive the reply that please cooperate with us, we are looking to serve you better. Now I need my refund as soon as possible, hence I will be forced to take legal action against shopclues.com in consumer court. If any contact required, can be done on +91-[protected].
