SHOPJII.COM — Product not delivered even after 45 days

Hi,
I have bought 16gb pendrive with 650/- in shopjii.com on 14./4/2013 with orderno 14508. Till now it was not delivered to my addresss. When i am mailing to customer care no update/reply iam getting. Even when i called customercare they were disconecting the call with out conecting to any executives. please help how to recover my money

Even I have ordered 16GB and its more than 45 days and the product is yet to be shipped. Order number: 12909 The status says processed, but still product not shipped. No response to the emails sent to the customer care and the support number mentioned on the website is not valid. Sent an email for cancellation and did not get any response.
Please help me to recover my money. Its website is down now. It says it will be fully functional, but still not up.
