[Resolved]  Shoppers Stop — no service within warranty period

I purchased sunglasses from shoppers stop at 14-august-2009,they provide me one year warranty on that product but when i went their for service within warranty period they assured me to provide service within 30 days but now they have taken too much of time near about 54 days to provide service and now they are saying that the service which you want is not applicable after so much time taken .......they simply ignoring to provide service ....please help me out....my contact no. is [protected],[protected]...
