Shopping Indiatimes — Cheating | |
On 24th August 2009 I have given Rs.2794/ twice by mistake online to Shopping Indiatimes. On25th they asked me( over my cellphone) whether I want two handsets.I answered them that it is by mistake,and I want one only.On26th they refunded one amount.Since then they are ignoring all myeMails. All they are doing is that each time showing me a ticket no. And thanking me for my reply.It is sophisticated cheating! They can check their account department very easily.I also gave them my payment slip of ICICI credit card of Sept.09 which shows all the details. They have cheated me!On this Mobile day(29th Dec.09) this is my complaint for mobile! Was this information helpful? | |
