Sir, I ordered for a [2 GB Jano MP3-MP4 Player] and paid Rs. 1545/- through my SBI debit card [Bank Ref No CCA[protected]]. They have received payment on Jan 25, 2009 and assured delivery of the product within 10 days. But still no news of the product. The TNT courier number they have mentioned online is wrong. Added to the above, i have not received any reply for several emails I have forwarded to them. Their customer care mobile number ([protected]-karnataka) is out of order. Kindly help. completely agree these guys even looted me shopping.indiatimes.com is a fraud, no one should shop from these guys.
I am thinking of visiting the consumer court for my refund and to screw them up for letting me suffer after placing order with them.
