Hi, I purchased Noika Asha 311 from Online Nokia shop i.e indiatimes.com. When I received the mobile then i found there are two major issue in this mobile. .1 camera quality is not good. this mobile coming with 3.2 MP but quality poor. I am facing 2nd issue sound going off during call. When I complain to shopping.indiatimes.com they asked to go nokia care for DAP certificate. Nokia care not providing any DAP(dead at purchased) certifiate and not responding properly.India times also not supporting to resolve the issue.

So I would strongly recommend to not purchase NOKIA ASHA311 and not a purchase product from shopping.indiatimes.com.

I am SHOCKED and SORRY to bring to your knowledge that I have purchased the above-noted set from ANUPAM STATIONERY SUPERSTORE PVT LTD. Sai Shopping Mall, opp Borivali station, S.V. Road, Borivali(W), Mumbai-400092 as per Invoice No.10489 dt. 22/6/09.It is infested with certain technical problems. The Memory Card as well as phone datas are vanishing automatically. Then after removing and reputting it, the datas comes back or gets deleted. The phone also hangs.It starts rebooting and data loss takes place.I am regularly visiting (more than 8 times till now) Borivali(W) and malad(E) service center and no satisfactory result has come out of it . My last visit was as per JOB SHEET NO.[protected]/100313/41 dt. 13/3/10. I had taken the delivery of the repaired set on 25/3/10 and within 50hrs again the instrument became DEAD. Nokia’s conduct is DEPLORABLE and UNETHICAL. This amounts HARRASMENT. The same is also amounts to “DEFICIENCY IN SERVICE” and “UNFAIR TRADE PRACTICE”.

As I am under 1 YEAR WARRANTY, you are requested to REIMBURSE the amount of Rs 4,100/-(Rs Forty One Hundred Only) at an earliest to continue the FAITH and TRUST in “NOKIA CARE” and send me the CHEQUE at the above address.

I have purchased Nokia 311 from Kharghar SSV shop in sector-7, While purchasing shopkeeper told me that its very good phone but after I started using with two days phone started hanging for more then 2 to 3 hours, well i have not activated any software was using only for in and out calls.
When I visited SSV they told me to show to Nokia gallery we will not take return because Nokia sold instrument are not getting replaced and refunded though it is in warranty. but the sold Nokia phone is faulty that was aware by SSV shop.

Do not ever ever ever purchase any Nokia instrument because its a fraud company as per my experience I have got loss of Rs.6700/- by purchasing Nokia 311 new phone which is faulty and non replaceable and non refundable without getting any support from Nokia company.

I want draw attention of general masses to the working culture of Nokia company. I bought, Nokia 311 in August, 2012 from Bhartiya Vision, Khanna Market, New Delhi and brought to the notice of dealer and care centre that back cover is loose, while pocketing, it automatically loosen the cover. I made umpteen complaints, mentioned below, but no avail. I had very small complaint about ' back cover' of Nokia 311. Since August, 2012, I am requesting to Nokia care centre, but nothing works in Nokia.except e-mail department. The most surprising is that this cover is not available with Nokia centres. I think, to remain in business, Nokia brings out cheap products and cover its price by selling its cosmatic parts from Nokia Centres. its a bad business module, I think, that why Nokia is loosing its business share in mobile market. Hope through this mail, I could spread the message amongst general masses ' the hiden business module of Nokia' .

Subject: - Complaint for loose back cover of Nokia 311.



I purchased one Nokia 311 from Bhartiya Vision, Khanna Mkt. New Delhi-3 vide bill No. 1842 dt.24.08.2012. (IMEI: [protected] /[protected]. The very next day I noticed that there is problems in back cover. When ever mobile is put in a pocket, the back cover automatically looses and opened. Immediately, I reported this problem to M/s Bhartiya Vision, he advised me to contact Nokia Care Centre, Defence Colony immediately. I visited Nokia Care Centre, Defence Colony on 31.08.2012. I noticed that the person attended the problem was not so serious about the problem. I noticed that there was lukewarm response from the employees who attended the complaint and said the set the is OK. In this model this happens. Again I visited to M/s Bhartiya Vision to check the same model, but I was shocked to see that there was no problem with other sets. So employees at Care Centre are misguiding about the Nokia products which are very serious lapses on part of Nokia

Company. In such competitive market, there are loads of better companies operating in business and offering good quality of products and service to its esteem customers who posed faith in their product. The better company loose its business due to its lethargic attitude of its employees.



Keeping in view of the above and to maintain good relations with its esteem customers it is requested to kindly direct to the official concerned to change the set so that problem may not occurs again and again.
