I bought a shirt from shopping.indiatimes.com on 24 march.I pid total 624/-(300 by coupon and 324 by debit card).As soon as i bought after 5 min.i canceled the order,and they told me within 7 days they going to refund my money.But after i days i got a mail that my product has delivered.So i called customer care services and solution that i got is not received the shirt and your money will be refunded.I did everything.But after that i got only 70/- rupees refunded into my account.Since now i already called minimum 50 times they just hold my phone and aso not returning my money. WE have depoasit the oerder of a Mobile Set Semsung Modle no M-200.
Now we have cancelled this order becouse i have compaire this mobile
of market value is 3690/- but you have charged 4850/- this is big difference so you are requested to please cancelled this order and reverce our payment.

India Times Shopping — Not refunding of money
I have booked a Samsung Top Loader Fully Automatic WA82TANEC Washing Machine worth Rs 14480 vide order no.[protected] through 6 months EMI from my credit Card from India Times Shopping on 30/06/09. But on 03..07.09 they have informed me that due to due to non serviceable area, they are cancelling my order and assured me my money back within 6 working days. But till date after 6 or 7 communication they are not refunding my money. More over as the electronic transaction was over during order booking, they have deducted my two months installment. Now they are simply passing the ball from one leg to another and harass me.
