It was delivered to me by courier 11th November. When i opened the Envelope i realised that the product was not the one shown in the image on the net, its was totally different from that image. One i put the Player on, it automatically keeps restarting itself. none of the functions work. In addition to that if i enter the Music menu it automatically goes to the 'Bye-Bye' screen. I also tried to contact the supplier. Mr. Jaspreet Sahani on 26854086 but no one answers the call at all. I am very disappointed with the fact that such a such defected products are being sold under the brand name of Rediff. Hope to see some action taken with Respect to this complain.
