With reference to the details mentioned above, I would state that:
1. The product has not been delivered so far.
2. My credit card has already been charged for the amount.
3. The Courier Service (GATI) Airway Bill #[protected] provided in your Tracking site does nor exist.
4. rediff has not given me any number of the dealer so that I can call him.

Can anyone please guide me as to how can we file a petition against rediff and 1st wholesalers who are cheating people like anything. Please feel free to call me on [protected].
